“I ordered an electric bed which was supposed to be delivered today 29/5/19. No delivery and no explanation. Cannot get hold of anyone on the phone / e mail. Now I’m worried this is a con and I have lost £350?!? Buyer Beware!!”

“The dog sunlounger did not have clear instructions and we had to take it apart several times before we got it write. It came very quickly and once put together it is lovely and goos value.”

“The BBQ I bought arrived bent and parts are broken, not a good beginning!! Being a retired engineer I managed to straighten all the bent metal covers, as for the broken part, this was on one of the legs, the brass nut insert was missing! Therefore I had a problem with hanging the side table. I finally solved my problem another way.”

“Ordered the 2 seater hardwood bench. I had read reviews on the benchon google. Wido had the best price & offered next day delivery which really appealed to me. I never received a dispatch email but I simply gave them a call to ask if had been dispatched and was told yes it’s out for delivery that day. The bench arrived I built it at weekend in no time at all and all the reviews I read were true a sturdy wee bench and very comfortable. Thank you Wido”

“Love the outside firepit, everything is as pictured. Fabulous size and feels solid......except it is missing the bbq grate. Will call them after the bank holiday and hopefully they will ship one out.”

“Ordering and delivery fantastic, all within 24 hrs. Unfortunately the carrier wasn't careful with the package, it's only because I wanted it for the Bank Holiday that I didn't send it back. Good job I'm able to straighten out 4 bent and damaged panels. Looks great now!”
