“Great service and fast delivery. The garden swing bench took two people to build, instructions were clear. I would add that the fixing bolts and chain at the front section go on the inside not the outside. We decided not to fit the canopy frame as we had to fit it into a small space. Looks lovely without it though. Great quality, and very comfortable to sit on. I’m so pleased we ordered this item.”

“My item was delivered to my home address. I completed the deliver to a different address section but it didn’t work. I emailed for help on the delivery day but I was told the item had already been delivered.”

“I ordered a stainless steel catering table from Wido. It arrived damaged from Tuffnells couriers. Wido immediately offers me a replacement or full refund. Although I have had to scrap the table, the customer service from Wido was impeccable. I would definitely purchase again from them although I may request an alternative courier to send the goods.”

“Although the product seems fine,it would have been good to have been informed when is was to be delivered. The confirmation email did say I would be informed when it had been despatched, but this didn't happen. It was pure chance that the neighbour was in and agreed to accept delivery, as there is no access to the property otherwise. Apart from that the ordering process was quick and easy and the patio set looks fine - have not been able to try it out as yet as it hasn't stopped raining!!”

“Delivery on the promised day, but didn't receive any courier tracking information as advised. Slight defect to the table which I've reported but not yet received a reply. Hopefully this will be resolved without a problem.”

“Item was fantastic and the delivery driver was very friendly. The only thing I was a little disappointed by was the lack of communication. All I had to confirm my order was a Paypal receipt. An email confirmation or some dispatch information would have put my mind at ease. I was very worried about my order until I read another review that stated they also did not receive any confirmations other than the delivery turning up the next day. Other than not knowing if my order was successfully placed and had been dispatched, the delivery time and the item itself was 5*”

“Good quick service, delivery was quick and on time. I would say very good except that one part of the furniture was very hard to assemble. The rattan on one part of the corner sofa was over all the screw holes so made it very difficult; the other part was fine. All in all a good product at a great price that looks lovely!”
