“Once I placed my order and paid there was a complete lack of communication about delivery. It did arrive after a few days and the quality of the items were very good but just a shame they do not answer their phone or emails as it made me nervous I was not going g to receive goods.”

“The instructions for assembly are rubbish. Two people are needed to assemble this product. It took 8 hours to assemble this product because the bolts aren’t long enough and don’t fit the channel correctly. Even when assembled the bars on the shelf come apart. The holes for the cross section pieces don’t line up. It needs a mental health warning on it. Tempers were very bad because it was so frustrating. Has anyone from the suppliers/ Quality Control tried to assemble this product on their own?a reply would be appreciated.”

“First time using this company . Was easy to shop online . The quality of my rocking is chair is superb and was easy to assemble. I bought it as I work from home and needed a good comfortable chair . This ticks all boxes and has An added storage flap on the side. Has also been a winner with my little one who now ricks in it whilst doing her silent reading. Thank you and for the quick delivery”
