“Great service. The seat set I was looking for was out of stock but I joined the waitlist and got email notification when it was back in stock for me to order. Good value for money, brilliant next day delivery and the seats are really comfy! Good size table for drinks and snacks and it doesn’t get warm in the sun! Would recommend and not hesitate to order from Wido again.”

“Product is lovely. Arrived very quickly. Good price. Very happy with items. Only moan was I had no warning of arrival, driver left it on my drive, large item that I couldn’t move alone. Now have a pallet to dispose of too. Would still order from them again in the future, once lockdown is over”

“Not even heard of Wido before until was searching for a pet stroller. Was very impressed with next day delivery. The stroller required a little assembly - front wheel, rear wheels to axle and axle to frame, foot board and the most tricky bit- the cup holder (one of the holes hadn't been finished off and so needed a little enlargingbefore it would fit over the relevant part). Not used it yet as it's only needed for extra long walks on holiday - but it wheels easily and is very light and easy to erect/ collapse.”

“I received the product broken, and the courier took it away. I have requested a refund and was asked for photos. Explained the courier took it back explaining it would be marked refused as damaged and no further communication. So I have no product and no refund. I feel this is very poor service and am now pushing for my refund. It was refused a week ago.”

“The process was very easy I had read on other web sites that people were receiving goods with misaligned holes etc etc from other company’s . This bench arrived in perfect condition wand was put together in 20 mins . Thankyou for a great product”
