Beware of this company. Will be claiming each time of hour carhire excess or if you don't take full insurance. They will not take pictures you take and will immediately proceed to check underneath the car, yes underneath! I've been asked to pay 130e for damage that I've had visible on my pictures and they didn't care. Person checked under spoilers first. Scam nature and liars! NOT RECCOMENDED!!! Don't fall in to the cheap rate trap! I'm raising a complaint against them. I asked what's the persons name is and he said Juan and he is the only Juan in the office, asked next person for his name and he said it's Juan as well, that proves level of their service!!!! SCAM!

Horrible car rental. The reservation has been canceled due to some new policy, and NOONE has told me about this until the next day after I couldn’t pick up my car. I had to change my plans, spent the extra money, and waste so much time. This is a frustrating experience. NEVER use their services. Never By the way, still no refund

This company is as bad as it gets! Do not rent from Wiber under any circumstances. Arrived at 9pm having booked through Ryanair; no instructions on how to find Wiber, no signage, and nobody had heard of this outfit at the airport. Waited 45 mins in the cold and dark when a shuttle bus finally arrived. Driven out to their off-airport site in the middle of nowhere and told there was a technical problem with my booking so I would have to cancel and re-book with them directly. This was a lie, so I asked to be taken back to the airport to book with another company, but they said this was not possible. Being now out in the middle of nowhere late at night I had no real option but to pay. The cost was 250% of the original booking cost through Ryanair. To add insult to injury I had booked a Ford Ka but they could only offer a tiny and rather knackered Fiat 500 . The car was in bad shape, dirty, no spare tyre, no safety equipment (illegal) no water in reservoir and low on oil. I will be taking this up with Ryanair on my return. In the meantime look carefully at your Ryanair booking and make sure it is NOT WITH WIBER!

Absolutely amazing service!! Fantastic from start to finish, swift, friendly airport pick up. Fast car pick up with clear instruction and great drop off with again, transfer to the airport. We paid for the premium insurance which, for such a small amount, made a massive difference to confidence. No hefty deposits and just generally was a super pleasant experience. I definitely will be using this company in the future!

They tried to charge me abot damage that already was there. Luckily I had a video to proof that damage was an old one. After that they charged 50€ from me becase there was sand inside the car. So, they wanted extra money and took it

Scammers. Clearly make their money by picking out tiny marks on the car that were there before when you return it. The car we received was dirty, the seats were stained and disgusting, it smelt and it was covered in scratches, as we didn’t take a photo of every last tiny mark on the hub caps they charged us $120 when we returned the car, we used the car twice and know 100% we were not the cause of these marks. From other reviews and from the staff’s rudeness it’s clear this is something they do on a daily basis. Way to ruin your holiday. If you want to be stolen from then go for it with the car rental company. I’m absolutely disgusted. Shame on you for not providing an honest decent service.

We wanted to keep our car just for an additional two days when we decided to extend our holiday. The company insisted on us taking the car back (two hour round trip) and when we did this didn’t allow us to take out another vehicle with them. This is despite their own terms and conditions stipulating that a late fee applies to cars returned late, which we told them we were happy to pay. They then tried their hardest to find fault with the car, which we had evidence to prove was returned in exactly the same condition as received. Terrible company -do not book with them. Went out of their way to cut off their nose to spite their face; all we wanted was the car for two more days.

TOTAL FRAUDSTERS- I was given a car that was damaged all over. At drop off, they charged me for an invisible scratch that wasn’t previously photographed. It was hard to see given that the car had 25 places where it had been dented, scratched, bruised, broken. WIBER ARE THIEVES

Justo antes de devolver el coche fui a la gasolinera de al lado (a 3 min) y pedí que me llenaran el depósito del coche, pagué 45€ por ello. Al devolver el coche un trabajador de Wiber revisó todo y me dijo que estaba en orden. A pesar de ello, al día siguiente Wiber me cobró una penalización por "no devolver el depósito lleno", les escribí adjuntando el recibo de la gasolinera en el que se ve la hora a la que reposté y me responden que no pueden devolverme el dinero porque el deposito no estaba lleno y además me cobran 15€ extra porque según ellos tuvieron que desplazarse a la gasolinera (que tienen a 3 minutos!!). Un robo en toda regla, me parece lamentable que traten así a sus clientes, no repetiré la experiencia.

Absolute scammers, coerced, lied to and scammed when collecting car (which was filthy inside and out) , insisted we took out additional 115 euro insurance to avoid them charging us for anything they could when returning the vehicle, even though we had already paid for full protection insurance , bus driver intentionally dropped us off at arrivals rather than departures and thought it hilarious, shame he didn’t listen at school and he might be more than a bus driver by now, positive reviews clearly fake and written by themselves…never again will we use this amateur company.

EXTORTION OF MONEY FOR NON - EXISTING CAR DAMAGE. In our case, the deposit was not fully returned because a "scratch was found" on the plastic front bumper under the car. It's not visible, but there is a tactile plastic roughness, it's normal for all cars, but in this time they called it "car damage"))) I assume it's because we didn't buy car insurance at their office, but ryanair online. We lost 127Eur for non existing demage. As I see it is normal practise for many years for this company. If you want to rent a car from these racketers, then take into account the additional costs about 20-30Eur per day, or you will not get a part of the deposit back. Even if you think there is no deposit, when during renting a car at the office you will be "happy to hear"that 800Eur for the smallest car is mandatory + a deposit of about 100Eur for fuel. All other things as delivery to airport, car cleannes was fine.

Extremely disappointed with Wiber and their complaints procedures. We have used them 3 times, the first two they were brilliant and we couldn’t fault them, the last time in Feb was one of the worst experiences we have ever had. We were treated so badly by a very angry, aggressive young man, we believe the attack was racially provoked and even the Supervisor in the office was shocked. We did nothing wrong just a small miss understanding over a receipt for fuel however my Partner was treated in such a way I walked away crying, we have since made a big complaint to Wiber and have been met with such a disappointing and dismissive manner, letting the Young man off with the excuse of whats going on in his home country! So the fact he has a stressful situation means he is excused for being racist. We will be taking our complaint further as no-one should ever be treated the way we were treated in the Wiber offices, I am shocked the young man is still working to be honest. In my personal company if any of my staff treated anyone the way we were they would be suspended on the spot, racism of any sort is disgusting and there are NO excuses at all, whatever is going on in someones life, people in a Customer service role should know this… Such a shame a company who was doing so well in our eyes can’t apologise and rectify the situation, because of this we will be taking our business elsewhere. Shocking outfit. I have hired cars for 20 years from Alicante, I used this outfit for the first time, when I collected the car it had marked damage on it which was highlighted, The car was dusty. When I returned the vehicle the lady went directly to an area which was covered with dust and “exposed a scratch” she knew it was there in advance and it was microscopic, an argument and £180 euros later I left in disgust. These guys are a bunch of crooks and it’s interesting reading the other reviews.. avoid this outfit like the plague

Very inflexible and bad customer service. Cars are in very bad shape and have a lot of damages. You are then charged for something you didn't document. Cars are dirty as well. Our car had situating smear on all interior sirfaces. Pick up and drop off at night not possible. A total no-go for a airport rental station.

Awful experience, scamming customers over spurious damage in hidden places, underneath the bumper in my case, which they forced me to pay for, or my deposit would be withheld. Old car in poor condition, chipped, dented and seats grubby. AVOID

When we was getting the car the clerk strongly wanted to sell extra insurance but i said i had extra by booking. The middle age man the clerc strongly pushed to sell another insurance i insist not to. When we arrive to the car it is already bumping with another of their cars, they said don´t worry just take photo i ask for another car they insist its good fine no problem. I took photo but not under the car. When we was returning the car they claimed a damage under front bumper witch we know we didn´t do. They already took 121,93 euro from deposit for the damage that was already on the car. Filed a claim with booking now. Also we booked a 4 doors car got 2 doors had 1 child with me got Fiat 500 with no horse power to drive on the hills don´t recommend to take that car. We love Mallorca next time it will not be Wiber when we rent for sure dont recommend at all take photo under the car if you take one and don´t even think to trust these people when its dark. Dont rent at wiber. Se my pictures 1 is when we got the car, second is what the claimed damage on.
