“It was not as easy as shown in the video. I kept getting an error that your software was out of date. Then I redownloaded it and got an error that it could not connect via wifi and use USB. Connected USB and it still would not work. I had to go to another laptop and download it again and start from scratch. I finally got it done but getting there was not easy and I consider myself pretty tech savvy.”
“I would love to know how You get into the Epson firmware (I guess) to reset the counter. Would be also interested to know what the paper count value is. Just a percentage value i.e., 80% of what: 500, 1000?
All in all, I am pleased that your app worked and the printer is working fine. If I didn't like the printer XP-820, I would have trashed it and not bothered to research a fix. Thank you”
