“The first reset key I received lasted for less than a day, I had to buy another one because I was unable to get a reply from my message to their support people. £20 to reset a counter on a printer is too expensive, so in hindsight I should have thrown the printer away and bought anoher new one for £35 including a 12 month guarantee.”
