“Worked as indicates in their ads. The counter apears to have gone back to Zero. However, when trying to activate a power cleaning action I'm getting a message to contact Epson Support. The counter said zero but the system is keeping the total of copies made on it. I would have thought the system would have gone back to zero as well clearing out the copy history.”

Found an aftermarket tank with pads and easy to follow YouTube instructions. Even with my fumble fingers I was back in business in 30 minutes.”

“Easy to download, once requirement selected and clicked reset download did the rest of the work, there was no need to to click reset counter.
I did check the counter reading which was reset to zero ,basically by the downloaded programme.
I would say some of various YouTube guidance given is misleading . Tge programme did it all once reset counter selected from the menu.
Possibly a little pricey for what it dies, but everybody needs to make a buck..saved buying a new printer. .I had already cleaned the pads and used the WIC free reset....”
“Das Programm macht einen sehr "old school" Eindruck und ist nicht selbsterklärend. Auch merkwürdig ist dass man bei einem Original Epson Drucker mit Original Epson Tinte und Original Epson Ersatzteil (neues Tintenkissen) ein Tool benutzen muss welches nicht Original Epson ist”
