“I followed instructions, used a printer cable to connect directly to my desktop, disabled WiFi on the printer, and printed a test page to ensure it was connected. I ran the WIC-Reset, it completed and I was instructed to power off/on the printer. The WIC-Reset screen showed the page reset to zero but the printer continued to have the same page counts. I couldn't reuse the code to try it again, so I purchased a second key. It still did not work. So, I'm out $20 and I ended up purchasing a new printer.”
