“It was not as easy as shown in the video. I kept getting an error that your software was out of date. Then I redownloaded it and got an error that it could not connect via wifi and use USB. Connected USB and it still would not work. I had to go to another laptop and download it again and start from scratch. I finally got it done but getting there was not easy and I consider myself pretty tech savvy.”
“I would love to know how You get into the Epson firmware (I guess) to reset the counter. Would be also interested to know what the paper count value is. Just a percentage value i.e., 80% of what: 500, 1000?

“The app works great and has saved us thousands over the years. Connect the printer, run the program, insert key code, turn printer off/on and it's ready to print! The new "2manuals" checkout is very clunky and the paypal link doesn't work (does not redirect) and you can't complete your order. Only after finding my way to https://store.payproglobal.com/checkout... was I able to actually purchase keys.”
