Ich wollte zunächst einen Vesuch mit der kostenlosen Variante der Software starten, denn wer kauft schon gerne die "Katze im Sack". Leider meldete das Programm, dass dies bei Canon-Druckern nicht möglich sei (stand aber nirgendwo, daher einen Stern Abzug).
Also auf gut Glück käuflich erworben, installiert und es hat tadellos funktioniert, die Meldung ist weg, der Drucker funktioniert einwandfrei.”

“Using the reset software was very simple. I just followed the instructions. Entered the key I purchased, completed the remaining steps and I was good to go. I am completely satisfied. The saturated ink pads will still need to be replaced or the printer quality will evetually degrade. But in the meantime, you can keep printing while the replacement pads come in. I have the Epson XP-860 and there are many videos online walking ond through replacement of the pads.”
