Aucune réinitialisation de toutes les cartouches. Sauf le magenta et rouge. Imprimante cassée. Bref, j'aurais dû m'en méfier.

I bought key, use software to reset counter in printer. all like they say in manual. infortly that doesn't work counter wasn't reset. so a spend my money for nothing. I Was trying to contact with help but that dosnt work to. I reset my printer in other way. i not recomend that software. my printer was Epson L800.

Did not do what I wanted it to do, but - perhaps that's because Epson prints nothing on the page after replacing all cartridges. I've tried all methods to clean heads, nozzles etc. Now waiting on new waste pads that I thought WIC-Reset would fix. Not the fault of your product.

Le logiciel bug jai passer la journée pour faire une chose qui doit prendre literalement 5mn jai prie mon pc de job qui sur w11 jai du tout formaté l'ordi sa ma mie des erreur je pouvez plus demarré enfin je pence la prochain foie je ferai autrement

I have not been able to use the code and I have sent numerous messages and no one has gotten back to me. It is giving me an issue with the query after I enter the code and I can't do anything without your help on telling me what to do.
