I got present gift wrapped and sent a card as well and it was helpful for me as a timesaver - also feel like by time I had bought wrapping paper, a card and paid for postage it may have worked out about same price and ir saved me physically shopping and doing everything”
“This was a very dissapointing experience for me. I ordered once before-no problem. This time it has been over one month and NO WORD, AND UNABLE TO CONTACT AS WELL. My grandson has still not received his gifts, or cards with no word from the site as well. I followed up to see what the problemwas and no response. It is as though the entire transaction never took place. My great grandsons birthday is important to us but apparently not to Wicked Uncle. NO DELIVERY - NO EXPLANATION NO REFUND N O T H I N G!!!”

Unfortunately, THE Company SUPPORTS HARASSMENT. "The help" we received was "informing us" via a call that we could donate their unwanted gifts. This is sadly after we overly explained our situation of an abusive family member sending our two children unwanted gifts with an effort to harm our family and children.

“I have used both the US & UK Wicked Uncle sites to buy gifts. I can not rate this company highly enough. The gift wrap and card option is a life-saver for someone living 5,000 miles away. Every gift ever ordered, the child has loved. The gifts are unique and it is such a blessing that they are categorized by age and gender. Only one time have I had to contact Customer Service (through my own ordering error - not Wicked Uncle’s error!), and the agent was kind and professional, and within minutes had my error corrected! Truly, a wonderful company who I hope is around for years to come!”

We purchased $140.00 items for a birthday gift for our granddaughter The item we had trouble constructing, was advertised for 5 year olds and up, was totally misadvertised. A 10 yr old would have trouble putting this together Their customer service said, nothing we can do- will not accept a return, and this is a completely unusable toy! Never again!
