“This was a very dissapointing experience for me. I ordered once before-no problem. This time it has been over one month and NO WORD, AND UNABLE TO CONTACT AS WELL. My grandson has still not received his gifts, or cards with no word from the site as well. I followed up to see what the problemwas and no response. It is as though the entire transaction never took place. My great grandsons birthday is important to us but apparently not to Wicked Uncle. NO DELIVERY - NO EXPLANATION NO REFUND N O T H I N G!!!”

Unfortunately, THE Company SUPPORTS HARASSMENT. "The help" we received was "informing us" via a call that we could donate their unwanted gifts. This is sadly after we overly explained our situation of an abusive family member sending our two children unwanted gifts with an effort to harm our family and children.

“Beware! Junk products from China! Less than one star review. Their customer service rep needs lessons in customer satisfaction. She was beyond rude and completely unhelpful. We purchased $140.00 items for a birthday gift for our granddaughter The item we had trouble constructing, was advertised for 5 year olds and up, was totally misadvertised. A 10 yr old would have trouble putting this together Their customer service said, nothing we can do- will not accept a return, and this is a completely unusable toy! Never again!
