“Ordered items with next day delivery. Was called immediately by store to apologise that next day no longer available. I had choice of other day or full refund. Happy as many other companies would not respond but still not deliver and put customer in difficult position.”

“Had the materials i needed on click and collect ready and waiting for me within the hour. Received text message confirming C&C was ready. Helpful lady on check out arranged bring materials to desk. In and out of store in few scant minutes getting back on with the job in the shortest amount of time possible.”
