“Very friendly on both sides of our crossing. All of the staff were very pleasant (very evident that employees were happy/content in their work which was so refreshing to see). We would not hesitate to use the lymington to Yarmouth crossing again!”

“Officious staff in the Island ticket office with no customer service skills who very gleefully charged more on a ticket that was very clearly an error..Poor attitude affects all of you at Wightlink.”
