“Ferries delayed both ways, although these things do happen. Costa coffee closed on outbound crossing. Staff friendly. Couldn't understand safety announcements due to poor sound system. Overall, about average service”

“Wightlink Ltd are top rate in all they do. Road signs to ferry are clear, staff helpfull and polite, ferries are clean and comfortable. The new ferry, Victorior of Wight, is some ship.”

“Consistantly very good, I have just done my 26th ferry crossing since 2010 and It's about time they sent me a voucher for a reduced fare return crossing as a gesture of goodwill on their side!”
