“I've travelled with Wightlink for years and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately since we last travelled everything has changed. There is now a dog section that is basically like walking into a dog shelter - dogs going crazy at each other, barking and owners allowing them to urinate everywhere. The smell was appalling. Gone were the booths, replaced by cheap plastic chairs and tables that vibrate so much that you feel sick by the end of the journey. The whole experience was hugely disappointing. It was one of my son's favourite things to do and even he said that he hated it and couldn't wait to get off. What a shame.”

“Times and crossing very good. Tannoy announcements very poor. You couldn’t hear them. Both port staff were excellent for both crossings. Seating on board not enough to accommodate the people on board.”

“Having arrived at the terminal at 1.30pm for the 3.00pm ferry we were told "too early " come back at 2.05. This we did only to find that we were now at the rear of the queue and one of the last on board. Obviously inconsistent advice being given out. We had intended to have lunch before boarding but decided against in view of the bad advice given.”
