“Service from the time I reached the terminal was very good. Although there was a delay in departure due to the fog that morning It was clearly explained via the P A system which kept everyone fully informaed of the situation”

“I’ve used white link over several years and always found The company to be very professional . The only criticism I would have would be the price Perhaps he may consider a reward system giving a little bit back to the consumer . Very well done keep up the good service and well done for moving with the times ( HY brid )”

“Have always and will always use Wightlink from Fishbourne to Portsmouth, etc. The ferries are always up to date and modern, the new terminal is nice looking with plenty of facilities”

“Always a pleasure to travel by Wightlink,having lived and worked on the island sometime ago,I now go over 3 or 4 times a year to visit friends. Wightlink have always given us a good service. Easy to talk too,great staff all round. Looking forward to my next visit.”

“As one of our party was a wheelchair user, you made it easy to park, with plenty of room to get in and out of the car and to take the wheelchair out of the boot and there was good access to the decks. Thank you”

“We have been travelling on Wightlink every month for 8 years mostly on the Lymington to Yarmouth. Route.We have only had our journey distrupted a handful of times and usually due to bad weather conditions. The staff are always extremely friendly and helpful. Our only issue is with the increasing price of the fares. Our family no longer visit the Island as much as they used to as weekends are just too expensive.”

“Over all we had a wonderful experience cross form Lymington to Yarmouth everyone and thing was fabulous and we we definitely used your ferry’s again. Many thank to all the staff on board for a pleasant and safe journey both ways”
