“The price is extortion to go across by car. Also take note prices are put up when there is an event on or a public holiday! I missed my 1:00pm ferry due to heavy traffic on my 120 mile journey and was told I would have to wait until 8:00pm to get on an available slot. This really worried me but luckily I was allowed to board the next crossing.”

“Staff are always polite and helpful at the ports or on the phone. In recent bad weather when sailings were cancelled they were helpful in getting me onto an alternative ferry later in the day”

“Lovely calm trip to the Isle of Wight. Easy to book in as all automated. Easy to board on level ramps. Lovely staff on board. We enjoyed a lovely reasonably priced breakfast on our trip. Would definitely go with Wight link again”

“Wightlink Lymington to Yarmouth is our usual route. I cannot fault the service given by all employees, the comfort and facilities of the ship and the easy booking options. I have rated 4 stars. It would definitely be a 5 star if the prices were not so extortionate. I recently flew to Croatia for £166 return, I had to pay £192.50 for a 40minute sailing to the Island! Sadly you are stopping visitors to the Island.”
