“This was the first time I had used the ferry and found it to be very efficient, comfortable and easy to use. The only negative point I have is the cost of the crossing which was more expensive than I expected.”

“It's always a lovely ride across the Solent - rain or shine there's always something new to see. Only wish there were more ferries running on the schedule - a later return at weekends would allow for more day trips. Looking forward to my next "cruise" though!”

“Not impressed with the new system /barriers at Portsmouth when we arrived there was a long queue, just don’t see the point when you then have a human telling you which lane to get in. One improvement is definitely the upgrade of the interiors of the boats and the cafes. On returning the journey was much better just like the old days.”
