“Service was good on the way to the Isle of Wight but the return was delayed by 20 minutes and there was no information given to all the vehicles awaiting boarding which we felt was very poor. The captain nevertheless did explain.”

“A great experience, we needed to amend the trip twice, which the service caters for. Then on the day we were travelling, we got to Lymington which is well set up for services and getting a coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful, the boarding and disembarking experience was easy. On the way back we had been able to get lunch and visit the various IOW food producers that are now so famous and we returned earlier than expected. Yet again friendly service and we were straight on a ferry. An excellent experience!”

“Ferry was on time and got me to my destination safely. In regards to the price of travel, you have to be very very wealthy to purchase a return ticket for a car crossing.”

“We have used Wightlink to visit the island, and return, numerous times and have always found the experience enjoyable. From arriving at the port right through to leaving the ferry the service has proven to be friendly, efficient and professional. It is very much part of our holiday.”
