“Horrendous traffic caused us to 'miss' our booked ferry by about 20 minutes but the staff just told us to get in a numbered line and we had a nice hot drink while we waited for the 'next' ferry.... it came and we were actually the first car let on,.... and at the other end (on the island) we were first off too ;-).... Staff were all helpful and eased our stress at being 'late' ;-)”

“Everything about the Wightlink experience was really good. The staff. Cleanliness. Smooth running. Ease of embarking and disembarking. Etc. It’s the price that dropped it from 5 star to 2 star. For a short journey, especially in high season, it is astronomical unless you want to travel at stupid o clock. We love the Isle of Wight but what we spent on the ferry we could have had a long weekend somewhere. You are pricing yourselves out of business.”
