“Service was ok but the price is ridiculously expensive! We have had to use the service for nearly 50 years due to family living on the island and the cost is crippling, particularly in the summer or at bank holiday times. Does the Solent become more difficulty and costly to cross at these times or is it an excuse to make money?”
