“Got to terminal earlier than expected, 15 mins before previous sailing to ours left & we were allowed to board. Made our long weekend even longer so was very grateful for that. Downside was all staff were busy and we didnt see notice for lift so as foot passengers we ended up struggling with cases up the stairs.”

“The service provided was excellent. On the journey to the ferry on Friday 11th there were severe delays due to an accident on the M27. It was easy to reschedule my ferry booking as the original booking I could not have made. The boarding process was easy. On the return ferry crossing it was a smooth process. I would recommend the Wightlink service.”

“Brilliant service.but I payed extra to go down the bottom of the boat and was still pushed up top with my car , even though it was you lot that said I needed to pay extra, 😔 I think you must owe me twelve pound sir , other than that you're great.”
