“Good service and nice friendly/helpful people but prices are still too high, hence 4 stars and not 5. Thankfully we travelled after the school holidays otherwise the cost would have been treble what we paid and the star rating would have been down to 2!”

“Everything fine apart from price. One minute it's around £65, then when you come back to book a minute or two later it's gone up to around £125. Con in my opinion”

“The new hybrid ferry is bigger and has lots of extra vehicle and passenger seating space. This is really good news for those passengers needing to find a quiet spot away from fighting children and barking dogs. Also quite a few of the seats on the passenger deck can be moved so that large or small groupings can be catered for. I noticed a few other improvements over the older ferries. The toilets are now more modern and have better lighting. There is a play area for the younger children with plenty of toys and gadgets to keep them occupied. Also in the vicinity was a stack of high chairs for parents who need to be 'hands free' while feeding any of the younger hungry tummies. The loading and un-loading of the ferry was quick and uncomplicated. I would have given five stars for my review but once off the ferry, on both legs of my journey, I was confronted by the usual madness of two lanes of traffic trying to merge into one.”

“My wife and I used the Lymington to Yarmouth ferry with the car. The whole experience was efficient and hassle free. Staff were very helpful and friendly on both journeys. I would definitely use Wightlink again.”

“We have used Wightlink since the mid-90's and have never been let down or disappointed. We have seen the terminals improve and more facilities offered. The standard of customer service and organisation both at the docks and onboard have always been great. We'll be back !!!”

“Having arrived early we crossed our fingers and checked in at the gate. "We'll get you on this one now arriving" was the reply. Loaded and leaving in minutes. Very efficient service and staff. Safety instructions very clear and make you think what if? Thank you for a pleasant Journey.”

“Our trip from Lymington to Yarmouth and back again was extremely pleasant. The shoreside and on board staff were very helpful, polite and superbly efficient. The trip was made all the more enjoyable because the weather was beautiful. Would not hesitate to use the service again and recommend it to others”
