“Very good time response for support by email. The reply I received was helpful and friendly. Processing and shipping time was faster than expected to the US. My preference is to be able to call customer service during business hours.”

“I have ordered 3 pairs of the slip on style: cahor, kami black & kami.blue, all size W8/M7 I LOVE them. 5 stars in comfort & style. I rate them 4 in fit as the width & length varied based on shoe. The blue was snug across my instep & needed stretching with wear, the black hit higher on my instep & was perfect, the cahor was longer in fit than the other 2 & perfect width. I do love this style tho & would LOVE to see it in red😁”

“Good option for light use urban or street shoes. But aren't the most appropriate for more technical applications or outdoor environments. I would like to see them develop more institutional knowledge of the needs of professional users. Also cut it out with adding membranes to everything.”

“I think the shoes would be great but... My first purchase, I followed the recommendation to go a half size bigger if I wanted to use insoles ...which made them too large and needed to return. I encountered 4 different failures with return online and had to send an email to customer service. And the replacement shoe I wanted was out of stock. So you lost a customer because of all the hassel!!!! AND ALLLL THE TIME IT TOOK. I did purchase slippers as a gift and she loved them!”
