"Item not as pictured. Advertised item had a unit patch. Item received had none. Other than the patch, nothing differentiates this figure form any other unit. When queried, WBritain replied, \u201cthat\u2019s the way it was\u2026\u201d nevermind the ADVERTISED picture. Returned having to pay return shipping."

They persist in showing products in their catalogue but these products are never actually available to customers, why advertise something that you can't even buy it makes no sense.
