“School was suppose to provide hard copy books as agreed, Covid-19 came and they resulted to e-books. saying publisher is not publishing books anymore, how is that suppose to be the students business? you ought to sought that out and when students asked their response wasn't pleasant. The school is just about your money”
“For me Willis College is more tan I expected, I am so Happy with my PSW course, my Teacher Ann are teaching us in very well way! I want to says Thank you so much for every one!!”
“Not impressed with their admissions process. In the midst of it, after having an initial phone conversation and being asked for my credentials, they responded to me 3 days later ( Actually there was evidence that they try to call me at the two day mark) that the government funded PSW course (July start date) is full and I could be put on a waitlist. In my experience most institutions have a cut off date that affords them time to go through the applications before they turn around and turn people away and put them on wait lists. I was informed on my phone call that they had an overwhelmingly large response specifically because the government was paying for the program and I knew there was urgency for getting my credentials in because of this but at no point was I told that there was a specific cut off dates I was totally the under the impression that the next steps as alluded twice to in the phone call was I would be scrutinized by Chantel. In fact I was encouraged by the response on the phone. I had responded about submitting my credentials. Not professional not organized not impressed. My belief is that I was actually discriminated against by the information that I gave even before my official interview . Fortunately Ottawa offers other options for the PSW program. After reading another review about the slip ups in administration I have to agree that something’s amiss with administration”
“Perfectly organized students service and teaching team. I am definitely enjoying and feeling accomplished to study in the best career college of the town- the WILLIS college.”
“I am highly satisfied from training.

“Being the giney pig class this past year with COVID-19 was rough but for the most part my class and teacher were very supportive thanks guys
Along with some of the other staff aswell”
“The instructors actually care! Even student services! Xaviana took the time to call each of us after our first month prepared to offer resources if we needed. Michael is a great teacher! He's super thorough and wants to make sure we do well!”
“Staff and faculty are amazing. Loving the personal one on one vs my experience at Algonquin.
Jeff is amazing, on the ball. I probably thanked him enough times, but another one here for Jeff.
Online zoom is surprisingly much better than in class. I'm sitting "in front" all the time with the ability to interact with my classmates via chat.
I really dislike the e books. They hurt my eyes. Tuition fees should be cheaper due to the usage of e books. I feel like I have been gouged.
I wish the exams were proctored online somehow. This would bring out the best in learning.
All in all, at this point and time, with Mike teaching the CSA program, I've never had so much fun learning.
Thank you Willis.”
“I regret that I took Cyber Security Analyst Program at Willis College. The program seems to be poorly organized. It is insanely intense; however, the stuff I am studying right now is not hard. There are just so many assignments that there is no time to study. I have been submitting these assignments without realizing what I am doing. I do not feel I have learned anything so far. I can try to get the assignments done from sunrise to sunset, or I could learn something real for the same amount of time and less amount of stress. I do not even gain any skills this way. There is also a lot of unnecessary stress that comes as a bonus to this program. Besides, this program costs way too much for what they actually give. Great dissatisfaction!”
“There was no sense of leadership or communication between class and Willis. I felt rather uncertain who did what at the Arnprior campus. Too expensive for what we received in education.”
“I have absolutely loved my experience at Willis College (Ottawa campus) and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of applying for a Diploma in less than two years. Would certainly recommend you to talk to in advisor if you are thinking of studying in business, medical, human resource to see where you would have the opportunity of studying in such a beautiful place. even during covid, they make all courses feel like you're in the classroom, and a shoutout to my wonderful instructors. thank you it's was a great experience.”
“Even though I had stopped the learning forna bit because I had a baby. Being back was different and a bit difficult because we had to to zoom classes and also my kids were doing at home learning but everything came out good.. Our teacher Mr. Roger's is an excellent teacher know how to handle the class and know his job well. Always asking everyone how we are doing and cares for each one...so I can say Willis chose good on selecting a teacher for ACSW and I am glad to be in that group to learn.”
“I’m enrolled in the Medical Office Administration and ward clerk, and I’d like to express my gratitude to the following; My first contact with Willis College to make my choice for my second career was Darryl Dario. He was very helpful in making my choice for program, kind and professional. 2nd to Geoff from IT team, who helped my with my technical issues. He was quick, patient and didn’t gave up until everything was fixed. Responded in a quickly manner and went above and beyond to help me.
And last but not least, left it to the end to express my deep gratitude to my teacher for the first 5 courses, Craig Kennedy. He is an amazing teacher, compassionate, kind, understanding and will not give up until you understand everything from what you learned that day. Every day he was positive, smiling and encouraging us no matter how easy or hard your module was. We need more teachers like Mr, Kennedy in our school systems, and that is certain that every student will be successful. I’m honoured to be part of the WillisCollege student program and recommend to anyone either just finished high school or later in their age to change their career path. Thank you all and looking forward to my next teacher to help me succeed finish my program and be excellent in my future career. Happy Holidays and a prosperous New Year!”
