“When I received my Panama hat in the mail, the box and hat had been crushed in shipment. I sent several pictures of the damaged straw hat and box to Willow Lane Hat Company. I received an email confirmation from Amy that another Panama was being shipped and received it in excellent condition several days later. I will be ordering from Willow Lane again.”

“I purchased a cowboy hat with stars & strips for the July 4th holiday. The hat is of good quality and I now wear it every time I take my boat out. I have a HUGE head and it is difficult for me to find hats that fit, but the Willow Lane Hat website has an extensive selection of sizes and style to fit any taste. I am impressed with this company and will use them again in the future”
