“Overall - great experience. Website is easy to use, checkout was easy and swift. The postage was speedy once mailed (purchased items over Xmas, was aware wouldn't be shipped until back from break) with effective communication/ updates to me on tracking. Products received are as ordered and great quality, nil issues. Packaging of products were absolutely next level lovely - there has been some thought on their side of things clearly. Thank you and will definitely be purchasing from you again :)”

“I think it’s unacceptable to be notified that items are missing from the order because of “out of stock” reasons, AFTER the order is paid for and delivered. If I ordered a set, I’d like the option to not purchase the top if the pants are not available. I also think at your price point, the availability of sizes should be correct on the website. It’s just lazy stocktake otherwise.”

“I love this brand - I think they have gorgeous things for babies and was so excited to order some things once my baby had been born. I placed my order and a couple of weeks later received an email to say one item would not be coming as it had sold out, so I could have a refund - which was fine. Then one item arrived - missing three other items. I had to follow up with them to see where the items were and apparently they had sold out too. I am not sure I’ll bother ordering from this brand again.”

“2.5 weeks since I ordered and the items still haven’t arrived. Thought I’d left plenty of time for Christmas... I’ve had things arrive from Australia the next day :-( And no response to my requests for an update or any info on where the parcel might be at. I’ve supported W&F since the start and purchased so many of your lovely items for my own children and others. Super disappointed.”
