“Ordered food for my 95 yr old mum,paid Delivery was advised as yesterday between 8 and 5 That's ridiculous in itself as other reputable companies give a 3 hour slot No food arrived Had to go to supermarket last night and take her food Rang the office ,no one there to help till Monday Wouldn't waste your money or time on these”

“Driver collected the money. Now there saying that I didn't pay. This was there last chance. I had to go and collect my own order once and they even changed the order twice”

“Very surprised at bad reviews as I think the meals are pretty good. Obviously not as good as home made but a very good substitute. No problems ordering or delivery service.Being vegatarian I have a good choice plus I eat fish Fish meals nice but could be more fish added.”

“Meals paid for.not delivered on day that was arranged.no phone call received to explain why . After numerous phone calls and emails to customer services still no phone call to explain and up to now still no meals received. Not happy with Leicester branch.leaving my 91yr old father with no meals. and no explanation. Didnt expect this to happen with this company.”

“They have had an IT failure! Big deal.3 weeks later they still cant access orders or communicate with their customer base to inform them whats going on. perhaps if they ha s backup as most compamies do they would not have such problems. They are unable to give refunds because they dont have access to previous orders. The big question to be asked is this " is customer personal information safe or has it been stolen?"”

“Used to highly regard WFF but since recent company changes and the added pressures and expectations being put on employees who are passionate about serving their customers, many drivers have left which is causing major and unacceptable delivery issues. The cost of meals have increased again but quality is on decline. Sadly I’m looking into an alternative supplier because it appears the new management is not about quality of service but reducing staff to increase the company’s financial gain.”

“Absolute garbage, ordered from these in past, all meals are frozen, if your not in they take your order back, no communication with delivery you just have to wait for these people in their vans to arrive, absolute rubbish service, better alternatives online with better food.”

“The ordering was simple, the delivery was on time and by a nice knowledgeable delivery driver. The food was absolutely delicious (I ordered 7 different dishes) I can’t fault any of them…… The portions are tiny 😬”

“Meals are fair to good. But noticed when there were shortages delivered was not refunded back into the bank via card payed on. Phoned our local Wiltshire farm foods Poole Dorset the woman on the phone said we would only receive a refund if order placed on the phone. I said what if you didn't want to phone in an order. She replied well most people would prefer to speak to someone on the phone. Will be looking to find another company that is better organised in future.”

“My mother received her first order on Christmas eve and she is a small eater but she said the portions were.vey minute and did not live up to her expectations. Had to add extra jacket potato to the mash to makeup a decent portion which defeats the object of a ready meal.The portions need to be increased.So how expensive is mash.Would not recommend. Will not be reordering from this company.”
