“I got sent the wrong wine. We all make mistakes so I have no problem with this. What makes a company's customer service stand out from the rest is how they deal with it. I can not fault their service whatsoever: the error was corrected as quickly and as painless as possible. Thank you!”

“A good buy. For the first time ever (from memory) all the wine I ordered (4 cases) was delivered to the correct address at the same time. Delivery took just six days including Easter. Ordering was simple, information on the wine useful. Well done Winesale!”
