“Good on-line experience. Gin supplies running out in Auckland's Level 3 Step 1 lockdowm. Winesales' price was very good, and free delivery for 1/2 dozen bottles was a bonus. I was surprised - but probably shouldn't have been in this brave new world - that despatch was from Petone”

Dear Anon Sorry your wine took so long to get to you. The courier company has been experiencing severe delays in your region. I have checked our despatch record on your order and can confirm the order was despatched in our expected timeframe. Your order was made at 6.22pm on the 13th of October and picked up from us by the courier at 4.06pm on the 14th of October. Sorry again for the delay.
