“I’ve been a customer of Winesale for a number of years. I purchase usually a case a month. In the past I would receive a phone call early in the month generally from Miranda until she left. I enjoyed our conversations where we talked about new wines and what was good, also we got to know each other on a personal level. I think it a shame that the contact has ceased because it made the purchases personal. I have carried on buying from Winesale out of loyalty but think you have let yourself down a little. “Excellent service - thank you. I live in the UK and my brother has lived in New Zealand for 47 years. Normally post presents. He was 80 this month so for the first time looked online for a present. Found Winesale - AMAZING. Ordered on the 11th and the bottles of wine where delivered on the 12th. Beautifully boxed and with the gift card I had picked. Will definitely buy from you again.”
