“Excellent experience. Delivery was much quicker than expected and, unlike most of our courier deliveries, was deposited on site exactly where requested. Delighted with the price of the wine too. Will certainly watch out for future specials they have.”

“Great service and response online, but the continual spamming of "deals" and "specials" is out of control. Every day I am scraping all the junk mail out of my inbox. You are 5 stars for service but 1 star for overbearing comms. So that averages out at 3.”

Thanks for the feedback Sue. You may not be aware but you can set the number of emails you receive from us by going to your email preferences settings - there is a link to these settings at the top of every email we send out. The link is in blue text and says "Want to change how often you receive these emails? You can change your email frequency." If you follow that link you can limit the amount of emails you receive from us to once a week or twice a week. I hope that helps.
