"I am extremely disappointed with this store and their chosen parking management service, UKPS Ltd. I received an unfair parking charge despite being a customer at Wing Yip supermarket and upstairs Chinese Restaurant, and the notice was even sent to the wrong address, causing delays and preventing me from responding within the appeal period. When I submitted an appeal, UKPS completely ignored it, only for me to later receive a notice from a debt collection agency, adding even more stress. For those who want to visit this restaurant, be careful and reconsider, cause you will RECEIVE A PARKING CHARGE that cause you 100 POUNDS for parking even you had a meal and shopping there!!!"
