“I tried to order a skirt it would not let me order via new customer. I'm not an existing customer. It would not let me proceed. Frustrating experience. I'm probably typical but also scrolling from 1 page to next takes too long. Inefficient web site. Calling up Customer Services did not know the item number as I'd lost the page so I gave up!”
