“These people are incompetent scam artists at best, lying crooks at worst. Save your money. You can not contact them, been trying for months. They were hired and paid for a job. They have done nothing. I paid up front. The BBB is unable to contact. The remaining options I have are 1. US Department of Justice Federal Trade Commission, Fraud Division 2. Texas State Bar Association Office of Chief Disciplinary Council Jalen Riley 3. Texas Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division 4. Federal Bureau of Investigation Internet Crime Complaint center These are all the options left. They have Disciplinary actions in my state by the Bar association for this. I just want them to do what I paid for. My advice to anyone else? Go get a real lawyer. It's cheaper in the long run”

“I paid them in full then the phone numbers for my account manager was deleted and no one will get back to me after months of emails to them. This is a complete scam. Thank you for stealing my 2100$. DO NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT LEGITIMATE.”

“Been over 2 years, never can get a hold of anyone. Would really like to say forget it and get my $$$$ back. As they told me it was a $ back guarantee. Now nobody answers phone rings a couple times and disconnects. I think they closed down 🤬🤬😡😡😡😡😡”

“It has been over 2 years and 4 diffrent case workers but still no expungement for marijuana charges. I can never get ahold of anyone and when i do WR saus the same thing,........we are waiting for documents from NJ state police. My friend is a chief of nj state police and has told me that is false. I now am hiring another lawyer to sue for negligance of services.”

“If I could give a zero star review, I would. Took 1400 dollars from me about a year ago. Heard how my case was progressing for about 4 months. Then nothing. Finally got ahold of some one in November last year, was told,” oh sorry. We have to start over. Nothing has been done. We will start fresh and it’ll be expedited. I’m so sorry.”” Now can’t get ahold of anyone. Awesome.”

“I paid for them 12/2022 to remove a conviction from several years ago. After they got my money, I stopped hearing from them. When I asked for updates by email, I got no response. I tried to call them and left a message. No one returned my call. I sent a certified letter, I got no response. My record is exactly the same as it was and I am out $1300. I am not the only one. Go to Yelp or the BBB and see all the people who have been ripped off by this company.”

“Freedom! I was wrongfully convicted back in the 90's in Ohio. It had impacted my ability to own a gun and go hunting with my friends and family members. “I was very satisfied with WipeRecord. Mr. David is exceptional at his job and I felt very comfortable with my decision. WipeRecord was transparent on fees, expectations and possible delays that could affect my expungement case. As you can probably tell, I was very happy with the outcome of the case.
