I deposited USDT to poloniex.com via BEP20 network, but I didn't know they don't support BEP20 network, when I found out it, it's too late already.
Money was already arrived to the address, but I can't see it's deposited to my poloniex account.
I created many tickets to refund it, but their answer was simple at once, after then, they didn't even reply to my many help requesting emails.
How can I refund my money? it's $1200, not small.

My friend sent via BEP20 network.
As we know. BEP and ETH use the same address.
