The item sent to me is being returned. The battery compartment had some metal missing which means it is not useable. It is not fit for purpose. The delivery was good but I found it annoying that I could not find a contact email address on line. Maybe I did not search hard enough but I have better things to do with my time. As I could not contact the company I just had to parcel the item up and it will be posted after the bank holiday weekend.

they took moore then the 24 hours promised to deliver it then they ask me or all these forms to prove it was me the one on the card doing the transaction the process stressed me out on the posive side i stile got what i wanted in a few days

I bought the beige buttplug as a prop for a show - true fact! The process of ordering it was incredibly painful due to a poor shopping cart system - kept timing out - kept saying there's something wrong with processing your order. Only the fact it was the most affordable BEIGE buttplug (strangely niche) that could be ordered in time meant I had to persevere! I knew finally it was a success when I was asked what free gift I wanted - I selected the lube (well why not?). Guess what buttplug arrived with no lube! All I can say, it's just as well it's a prop for a comedy show, as that would be very harsh indeed! :D

Prices were not that bad, although the given email coupons of extra discount could not be applied to my initial intended order, nor the front page discount codes if there were at least 1 product "on sale" within the shipping basket... some shopping cart SW bug? Don't know! so I ended up changing my mind and you even losing some additional sales.... Most of the products on sale are out of stock... Anyhow, Processing of the order was fast, although delivery took longer than expected to arrive.
