“Withy King handled what turned out to be a lengthy claim (over 3 years) for compensation for me extremely well. They kept me informed of developments regularly, assisted me in getting the best medical care available and obtained a significantly larger settlement for my injury than I anticipated. I cannot fault them at all. Even my solicitor retiring 2 years into the claim didn't become a problem as they handled the transition to a new solicitor seamlessly.”

“I had two claims running at the same time and one was very disappointing but the other quite pleasing. I found the service very reliable and prompt. When I wished to contact my solicitor to talk, I was always connected and that was very important to me. I think the practice is to be recommended.”

“Most impressed with the way Withy King staff constantly updated me on the progress of my claim. particular thanks to Mark Hambledon for his clarification of the finer details . Overall I am thankful for the close support Withy King staff gave me but feel that as I spent well over a year at age 79 disabled the claim paid should have been higher to reflect my condition following the accident. However I accepted Withy King's judgement in view of their experience in these matters. To conclude, however, I fully appreciate Withy King's care and attention to detail during my claim. “I am delighted with the service I received from Withy King. Mark Hambleton and his team dealt with my accident claim quickly and efficiently. I was most impressed that Mark answers his own 'phone - no 'gate keeper'! - and messages left on his voicemail were quickly returned. The medical expert I was referred to wrote an excellent and comprehensive report on my injury. What could have been a fraught experience went smoothly and fraught free. The compensation Mark negotiated for me was eye-popping, much more than I expected. I could have claimed through my household insurance, which like the companies advertising on the TV would have given me a much smaller amount, and in all probability not such a personal service. I have recommended a friend to Withy King after hearing of his claim problems. He too is surprized and delighted.”
