"These things are awesome and incredibly comefortable. My initial thought is that perhaps I should have gone for a heavier weight (I am 6'00 205pds not very fit but not out of shape either) but after spending some time with this weight I am very happy with my choice as I feel that these provide a solid increase to my daily dog walks (2-3miles) and though im probably not quite to the fitness point of needing the extra weight on jogs, pushups, squats etc. It will likely be perfect down the line. So far it feels fine doing those with the extra weight but I have noticed sore joints afterwords and have stoped as I dont want to injusre myself (remember I am pretty new on my fitness journey). Oh and I would also like to note that I previously did some rucking with about 20+ pounds in a solid backpack and this is SOOOooo much better! Due to the weight distribution on the front and back it feels so much lighter, way more comefortable, and even seems to be helping in correcting my posture. Cheers!
