“I ordered something from them back in May. I noticed a charge of $18.69 on my debit card. I scrolled back several months and realized they charged me that monthly for 3 months. It would have gone on indefinitely had I not caught it. They said I signed up for their rewards program. I would never pay $18 a month for a rewards program at a company I bought one item for. Must be fine print and there should never be fine print. They did cancel it, but I'm mad that it happened.”

“Your coupons are tragic and mispleading my wife ordered over a $100 of merchandise at regular retail and one item on clearance the coupon said that she ordered clearance items so ahe did not get savings. Sorry Charlie she bought one clearance tunic top that was not included in the $110 of regularly priced items her total was $158.00 + shipping. She was very disappointed that she got ripped off on her coupon. I told her not to shop with you again.”
“I ordered from women within expecting my items to be in by a certain date which they were not. I requested expediated shipping which they changed on their end so my items I was expecting to receive will not be in until Monday. This was so disappointing to know and when I called customer service they were not help at all. I really am displeased with this company at this point.”

I called Woman within to inform them I was returning the order. At first they didn’t want to refund the money back to my credit card. The finally agreed and tu old me I would receive an email with the confirmation to return the order. When I read the email later in the evening I am not getting a full refund. They have poor customer service and are very hard to talk to and understand. Also had trouble when using gift card, I would advise not using them at all or use caution when ordering from them.”

“In October 2022, I ordered a Gold Tee Shirt and I got a bra. I called and talked to a customer service supervisor and he promised me the correct item to be delivered in 2 days. It NEVER came. It took a month or so before I got my money back.
Now they are running a 50% off site wide sale and the price of the same shirt is more than double. What a SCAM!!!!!!

“Would give this zero stars if I could. My sister-in-law went an extended period of time not receiving any bills. When she called the company, she was told she didn't owe anything. This past weekend, collections called my sister saying my sister-in-law had an outstanding balance and around $400 in late fees. When we inquired, we found out they had not included the apartment no. on her address. Today, after spending an hour being shuttled back and forth and being on hold, collections told us they would waive $160 of the late fee, but that would be it. This company goes after an 80 plus year old woman for their own billing errors. DON'T BUY FROM WOMAN WITHIN!”
“I placed an order on 10/13/2022 and gave visa card number to pay for it. They issued their card and bill came much later. I returned one item and reordered and we expected the return would be credit to my account. Wrong! They send letter for a gift card. Took many call to get them to apply gift card to account. In the process I was charge over $61 for past due fees which I pay all my bills the next day after I get my bill. They did drop fees to $39 but I did not owe it. I cut up their card.”
“I have bought jeans and thermal tops for many years from Woman Within. I have always been pleased UNTIL NOW. The quality of these items has plummeted. The jeans were made of thin material, and the thermal shirts were about 1/3 the weight of their former product. I was shocked! This was my go-to company for years!”
