“Don't purchase through Woman Within unless you want to experience poor customer service.
Since early October I have been waiting for a simple order to be fulfilled, white sneakers with pink lettering. Twice I received black sneakers. I have placed several phone calls and months of attempting to get my order, to no avail. Not even a response from Ms. Erica Aquayo the Director of Customer Relations or an admin to ease this now stressful situation. The cherry on top, was when I received a bill this week to pay for 2 pair of sneakers, that I did not order. After multiple discussions and working with the supervisors to identify root cause, the delay has nothing to do with a shipping backlog but rather an automaton issue with the warehouse.
No attempts have been made to correct my situation other than, we can reorder, which I have no confidence of obtaining my sneakers or even to offer any type of compensation (such as free shipping for returning the black sneakers, I had to request it, seriously?) for the continual SNAFUS. I have had to make many phone calls, relay my situation every single time and still not have my issue resolved. While this was a small order, throughout the years I have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars through the many brands within their corporate umbrella, such as Romans, Jessica London, Brylanehomes, and even Woman Within, etc.
Due to the lacck of professionalism and undue stress, I have no choice but to no longer be a consumer for Woman Within and potentially the multiple brands within their corporation.”
“I would rather do about anything but order or deal with this slot machine disorganization. They have a great selection, but am hard to order with, have discount codes which do not work, and customer service is over paid. Hard to imagine an online entity this offline dependent.”
“There company is horrible after ordering 3 coats from them totaling 257 dollars they all came the wrong size so I sent them back the next day they got the return and decided to give me a gift card I didn’t want called told them I didn’t want a gift card and to put the balance back on my card then I received a bill for the coats I don’t have so I didn’t pay it now they 51 dollars for late charges and next months bill for items I have call customer service and keep getting hanged up on !! “Back in Oct. 2021 I ordered a robe and never received it. On 11.24 I spoke once again to a customer service man and he said he would credit my card for the amount since it has been so long. This has happened several times with your company with exceedingly long ship times over the years.The costomer service man was very flippant with me when I told him how unhappy I was with your service. “I was automatically signed up for the rewards program they build my account 15.95 per month. I have tried to use their customer service options. I have called, emailed, and attempted to chat but that is never available. This has been going on for months now and I have had no response from the company. I finally had to dispute the charges on my account. When I tried to log into my account it said it did not recognize my email address and yet I receive emails from them daily telling me how wonderful their sales are. I am pretty disgusted with this company and based on what I’ve seen online if you could give less than a one star review, they would get it.”

“Received 2 bras that were suppose to be final sale. Problem is I have always ordered bras from them with no problem in regards to the fit. These 2 bras I got I could not even get on. They were from Catherines and evidentally run very small. I spoke with a manager who advised to go ahead and return them & she would make sure I was refunded for these bras. They say they record these calls so there should be a recording of this call and the manager I spoke to. When I checked they received these 2 bras back and no refund was given. I called & another manager got on the call and refused to give me credit since these were a final sale. I told her there is a recording of this call and she would need to address that call & that I expect a refund from my women within credit card. No credit was given. I sent an email in regards to this & hope that this will be taken into consideration because I am deducting the 19.95 I was charged for these 2 bras and I REFUSE TO PAY FOR THEM. I will pay the balance and that is it with this company. I have purchased from them for years and love their clothes but after this I am totally repulsed at what they have done. If they don't credit me they won't get another dime from me.”

“The problem is with the shipping dept. and customer service. You call and they put on hold and the lines goes dead. You email them and they might reply months down the line. If you exchange an item and then are told that it's backordered and you cancel it they still mail it to you at your cost.”
“In May I returned over $200 in merchandise and stipulated on their form, "Credit back to original method of payment, " in this case my credit card. I received a letter from Woman Within in June that they are issuing a Gift Card for my return. I called customer service in July and expressed that I want the credit to go on the credit card, never a gift card. They assured me it would be changed, and I'd see the credit in 3-5 days. Reviewed my statement for August and there is no credit. I called again, today Aug 27. I was told I would have the credit but I have to wait 15 days.
Will I actually get the credit?? Remains to be seen.
On top of everything else, It takes at least 2 months to receive an item that is ordered.”
