I should have read the reviews first. They charged $26 in shipping one jacket!! Then it is going to cost me another $11 to ship it back! $37 for the PRIVILEGE of trying on a jacket which was WAY too large! What a ripoff.

In June 2023 I received order that I never placed with them to start with. I called and was told to take it to a business that will return item. I did that. I still keep getting letters from them asking for my billing information which they are not getting. No order number or anything on the letter from them. This company is a SCAM !!!

They use FedEx. When the package continued to linger days past the delivery date, it could not be tracked because it was a FedEx SmartPost shipment. Only the company (Woman Within) who shipped the package can file a claim on it, and the claim cannot be submitted online. As the shipper, they need to refer to filing instructions at fedex.com/us/smartpostguide. If you call Dallas and speak to a Woman Within customer service rep or supervisor who will tell you they are not "allowed" to check on your package, translate, "we can't be bothered." This is both a FedEx and Woman Within issue. Each by themselves is incompetent. In addition, this seller is sketchy. Either way, you wind up with a package never received. Buyer beware.

I tried to place an order with my CC, and it didn’t go through so I tried again…there was nothing wrong with my card, but the system wouldn’t let it process…I checked my bank account and 2 holds were put on my account for the 2 times I tried to place the order….I called customer service…2hours later and I am still waiting to speak with a supervisor! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Ordered one time, hated it. Just realized they have been charging my PayPal account for $18 a month for almost 2 years. Do not order from this company.

Are you serious, bought robe was sent size 16 slippers. "womans". Got worse satisfaction over the phone and ordered to pay bill and send back slippers. They would not send us a return postage slip. My worst dealing ever. My dear Buyer friends "STAY AWAY"

I placed one order in April of 2022 and just found out they've been charging my credit through September 2023 $16.95 for a rewards program I NEVER signed up for. I didn't even like the ONE order I placed and returned it. This is fraud. Don't ever buy from this company unless you want bogus monthly charges on your credit card they won't refund.

My problem was with the return. While trying to resolve the problem, I was outsourced to a foreigner and denied access to their supervisor! They dishonestly kept some of my money on top of the return shipping charge of 10.99. I will never order from woman within again. Dishonest!

? False sale offer, delays , extreme shipping charges and also high return charges. My mom wanted a pair of shoes to try so I ordered them. Costly and a pain in the neck waiting and returning. Order came with a stack of catalogs. She threw them out and won’t be ordering again.

I ordered something from them back in May. I noticed a charge of $18.69 on my debit card. I scrolled back several months and realized they charged me that monthly for 3 months. It would have gone on indefinitely had I not caught it. They said I signed up for their rewards program. I would never pay $18 a month for a rewards program at a company I bought one item for. Must be fine print and there should never be fine print. They did cancel it, but I'm mad that it happened.

The worst!!! Do not order from Woman Within. They cash your check and you never get the merchandise. They say it is "out of stock" but they keep your money and merchandise, too. I cancelled an order in March and still don't have a refund 4 months later! RIP OFF!!!!!!!!

Your coupons are tragic and mispleading my wife ordered over a $100 of merchandise at regular retail and one item on clearance the coupon said that she ordered clearance items so ahe did not get savings. Sorry Charlie she bought one clearance tunic top that was not included in the $110 of regularly priced items her total was $158.00 + shipping. She was very disappointed that she got ripped off on her coupon. I told her not to shop with you again.

I ordered from women within expecting my items to be in by a certain date which they were not. I requested expediated shipping which they changed on their end so my items I was expecting to receive will not be in until Monday. This was so disappointing to know and when I called customer service they were not help at all. I really am displeased with this company at this point.

I wish I would have read the reviews before my purchase. My order was delivered today the quality is do bad and I was charged a lot of money. I called Woman within to inform them I was returning the order. At first they didn’t want to refund the money back to my credit card. The finally agreed and tu old me I would receive an email with the confirmation to return the order. When I read the email later in the evening I am not getting a full refund. I called Woman Within back to discuss the d Email I was given a long story that they do not refund the full amount. Stay from Woman Within. This company should not be in business.

My payment was sent in on time, but was not applied in a timely manner so I was charged a late fee and they refuse to take it off. They have poor customer service and are very hard to talk to and understand. Also had trouble when using gift card, I would advise not using them at all or use caution when ordering from them.

Do not do business with this company. My latest experience was so bad that I have closed my account and will not order from them again. Trying to find a live person to talk to is practically impossible and when you do get hold of a customer service rep you can barely understand them. They don’t really care if you’re a happy customer and I’m out $141.00 and have no clothes to show for it. Shipping is expensive and you have to pay shipping on a return if you’re requesting a refund.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. THERE IS NO WAY TO STOP GETTING MULTIPLE EMAILS A DAY. RUN FROM THIS SITE. CHEAP MERCHANDISE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTANT.

Prices are way up, quality is way down. I am so done with WW. You get $10 for different things, but when you want to apply it, they say it can't be used w/other promotions, such as clearance items. Their shipping costs are way too high. Forget customer service, they don't know what that is. Nope never again

Last spring I ordered about 3 items and after I paid for them, they told me it would be about 6 months to receive my items. I ask for a refund d and they said No. I will never buy anything else from there again, EVER. Stop sending me catalogs.
