“The return process is ridiculous! Because the loss of package is 20 days you WILL NOT be issued a refund until those days have passed. Calling them is a waste of time. I finally chatted and she claimed I would now get a refund…if it does show by chance…they will take the money out of your account again. And then the return process will start again. I had it expressed shipped which made it worse. They didn’t even want to refund the express ship part because they said I didn’t order it express!!!! What a joke. What worthless company in my opinion. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
“The website on line is not user friendly. I could not pull up my details for my transaction. And to top it off you cannot cancel an order! “I bought a t-shirt that I returned for not being the correct size. This was almost a year ago and I am continuously being billed for this returned item. It recently appeared on my credit report for $337. This is absolutely ridiculous for a $20 returned item that I DO NOT owe for. I want it removed from my credit report immediately !”

“Shipping is so expensive. When you use a coupon the shipping gets inflated. Too much for shipping and if you choose to return something, they subtract return shipping costs. They may call it a restocking fee. Example, I bought a dress @ $25. I chose to return it because the fabric was horrible. I paid $25 + tax + $7.99 shipping. Roughly, $35 all in. When I returned it through their Happy Returns system I got About $14 back - so less than %50 back on a return. Shame Sham no thank you mam.”

“WOW! Thought I'd try Woman Within for a pair of white jeans. Their site says free returns. I paid $ 32.49 and the pants arrived with no invoice or how to return. I finally got a rep who sent me a shipping label and I sent them promptly back. I had to call today and got transferred several times until I got someone to look up my return. They gave me $13.30 back! What a rip off! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Buyers beware, the clothes are cheap and they have a TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY.”
“I placed a $350. with woman within. the tops were really cheap and pilled. I sent them back. they deducted the shipping and only allowed 1/2 the amount. they told me I could have happy points. I was going to order more clothes. they told me I had to pay shipping again. If I ordered more clothes I would not. that is a horrible company that borders on scammers. the tops I kept are cheap one was 2x the size it said it was. the pants are way to thin..I have been scammed out of 350. dollars. “They have a sneaky way of signing you up for a new Rewards program. By giving them your email address, you agree to some silly rebate program that cost you $16.95, after a free trail period. When I called to complain, they refused to refund.”

When the clothing items arrived they were super large so I returned all the items in its original packaging by smart returns .I received a notice by email that my shipment had been received. A week later, I got a bill for $40dollars stating that owed shipping and handling in those returned items. I started getting harassing phone calls daily I disputed this charge by phone and written letter because all items were returned in perfect condition. Now I’m getting letters from multiple collection agencies stating that I owe $494.00 dollars. .This is a .fraud company and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB . This could Cimmity Bank company needs to be investigated .”
