THIRD,(and this I didn't find out until the whole "refund" process was over) they actually DID refund me, back to my credit card, after several emails exchanges with customer service, BUT I was not given my whole purchase price back; nope, they tacked on some type of processing fee deduction.

The customer service people them informed that after until after I pay the balances off for merchandise I did not get that they would give me the invoices for this card to show how I owe this bill.

The worst company ever. Order was wrong. I had to pay for shipping and then more to ship back. For a $30 order I was only allowed $9 back. I called customer service and they said that is the way it works. I asked to speak to a manger which they said would call but no one ever did. I will NEVER ORDER from them again. I also plan to let many people know that have asked about them to stay away. They should be ashamed of themselves.

These clothes came from China.. Customer service tried but My order never got here. After first 5 weeks it said pkg. was delivered but never appeared, so they sent again with same results..(never delivered). Now I await a refund of 70% of amount of order. So.. I say BEWARE! Now has been several weeks and no refund either, so double beware ...

I ordered a gift for my friend for Christmas on Dec 11 '24 and it wasn't even processed until the 16th . I called to check the status and was told that they were sending it to me ,not to her , after having explicitly requesting it go to her.. Then when I called again the week befoe Christmas because it hadn't come they said it could take more than 2 weeks to get a simple gift card to it's destination. When I called today ,jan 2 , I was told it had been cancelled by the last associate I spoke with. But this girl was REcancelling it and I should expect my card to be reimbursed in about 5 days. This has been a circus and that's a shame because I have ordered a few things for myself before and found the quality quite good. But that's it, no more. I question whether I'll be credited or not. What awful customer service!

I have NEVER dealt with a company as BAD as woman within! I placed an order, 11/17/24. When I received it, it was the wrong size. I could actually get both my legs into 1 pant leg, that’s how far off the size they sent was! I immediately returned them. I received an email, stating they were received & I would be refunded to my original method of payment. It didn’t happen. I called & was told it would be refunded by 12/18. Didn’t happen! Called again & was told I was refunded $29.67, in the form of a “gift card”, to be used towards my next order. I was told they don’t refund the shipping charge. I explained I should be refunded the shipping because they sent the wrong size. I was then told the entire $41.31 would be refunded to my PayPal account & the gift card would be cancelled. On 12/26, I was refunded $11.64, to my PayPal account. Again I had to call & dispute the amount. I’m now told I’ll have the remainder, refunded by 12/30. Meanwhile, I ordered 2 pair of pants, both the same, just different colors. I was told they would let me know when they were shipped. They didn’t. I received them. 1 pair was correct, the other was nothing like what I ordered, & wasn’t even the correct size! Unfortunately, I had removed the tag that said if the tag is removed, you can’t return the item. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANOTHER THING FROM THIS COMPANY, OR ANY COMPANY THEY ARE AFFILIATED WITH! If you order from them, DON’T expect to get what you order! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Their website gave the date to order and received by Christmas. They did not ship it that day, so it did not arrive by Christmas. They refused to refund the shipping even though it was their fault. I will never order from them again so I hope they’re $17 is worth the loss of business. Their customer service is not in the United States so I would not deal with them again
