“while trying to place an order over the phone the salesman decided he needed another credit card. i refused to give him one and cancelled the order because i felt as if he was scamming me. he was. i received a letter from experian telling me that the credit card he tried to sign me up for was declined because he got my social security number wrong. i tried to report it to woman within but they kept on hanging up on me. i will never order from woman within again.”
“They have a sneaky way of signing you up for a new Rewards program. By giving them your email address, you agree to some silly rebate program that cost you $16.95, after a free trail period. When I called to complain, they refused to refund.”

“I ordered $250 dollars worth of merchandise two years ago from Woman Within. . When the clothing items arrived they were super large so I returned all the items in its original packaging by smart returns .I received a notice by email that my shipment had been received. A week later, I got a bill for $40dollars stating that owed shipping and handling in those returned items. I started getting harassing phone calls daily I disputed this charge by phone and written letter because all items were returned in perfect condition. Now I’m getting letters from multiple collection agencies stating that I owe $494.00 dollars. .This is a .fraud company and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB . This could Cimmity Bank company needs to be investigated .”

“I have been a Woman Within customer for many years. Was very satisfied in the past, but in the last 2-3 years, they have changed. I always wore 2X shirts from them. Now I order 2X and they are either huge, or too small. So what size do I need to order? In 2021 I ordered Straight Leg Fine Line jeans, and I loved them. I just ordered the exact same jean, same catalog number and in the picture it shows exactly what I ordered in the past. But when I got them, they were not Straight Leg Fine Line jeans, they were wide from the thigh down. Still fit in the waist, but they are wide boot cut jeans. Them they won't refund any money spent, they credit your account so you have to buy more that is not what is advertised. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Will not ever buy from them again.”

“I purchased a pair of pink knit pants quite awhile ago. I purchased my sie according to the 'size' chart. They were very snug. But since I was on a diet and loosing weight I kept them. At that point I didn't put my hands in the pockets but I really didn't like the smoky appearance of the pink. When I lost enough weight months later I wore the pants and found that the pocket seam had not been sewn together at all. I kept the pants as they are the only pair of warm pants I have left. I SEWED the seam together but only wear them around home as the color makes the pants appear dirty. I no longer order from Women Within because everything I have received is of bad quality and your SHIPPING CHARGES ARE OUTRAGEOUS.”
