“I have been a Woman Within customer for many years. Was very satisfied in the past, but in the last 2-3 years, they have changed. I always wore 2X shirts from them. Now I order 2X and they are either huge, or too small. So what size do I need to order? In 2021 I ordered Straight Leg Fine Line jeans, and I loved them. I just ordered the exact same jean, same catalog number and in the picture it shows exactly what I ordered in the past. But when I got them, they were not Straight Leg Fine Line jeans, they were wide from the thigh down. Still fit in the waist, but they are wide boot cut jeans. Them they won't refund any money spent, they credit your account so you have to buy more that is not what is advertised. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Will not ever buy from them again.”

“I purchased a pair of pink knit pants quite awhile ago. I purchased my sie according to the 'size' chart. They were very snug. But since I was on a diet and loosing weight I kept them. At that point I didn't put my hands in the pockets but I really didn't like the smoky appearance of the pink. When I lost enough weight months later I wore the pants and found that the pocket seam had not been sewn together at all. I kept the pants as they are the only pair of warm pants I have left. I SEWED the seam together but only wear them around home as the color makes the pants appear dirty. I no longer order from Women Within because everything I have received is of bad quality and your SHIPPING CHARGES ARE OUTRAGEOUS.”

I still keep getting letters from them asking for my billing information which they are not getting. No order number or anything on the letter from them. This company is a SCAM !!!”
“They use FedEx. When the package continued to linger days past the delivery date, it could not be tracked because it was a FedEx SmartPost shipment. Only the company (Woman Within) who shipped the package can file a claim on it, and the claim cannot be submitted online. As the shipper, they need to refer to filing instructions at fedex.com/us/smartpostguide. If you call Dallas and speak to a Woman Within customer service rep or supervisor who will tell you they are not "allowed" to check on your package, translate, "we can't be bothered." This is both a FedEx and Woman Within issue. Each by themselves is incompetent. In addition, this seller is sketchy. Either way, you wind up with a package never received. Buyer beware.”

“I ordered something from them back in May. I noticed a charge of $18.69 on my debit card. I scrolled back several months and realized they charged me that monthly for 3 months. It would have gone on indefinitely had I not caught it. They said I signed up for their rewards program. I would never pay $18 a month for a rewards program at a company I bought one item for. Must be fine print and there should never be fine print. They did cancel it, but I'm mad that it happened.”

“Your coupons are tragic and mispleading my wife ordered over a $100 of merchandise at regular retail and one item on clearance the coupon said that she ordered clearance items so ahe did not get savings. Sorry Charlie she bought one clearance tunic top that was not included in the $110 of regularly priced items her total was $158.00 + shipping. She was very disappointed that she got ripped off on her coupon. I told her not to shop with you again.”

I requested expediated shipping which they changed on their end so my items I was expecting to receive will not be in until Monday.
