Hmmmm bought 28.00 worth of items, which did not fit and poorly made. Paid 10.80 to ship. Returned to their shipping location and then they hit me with another 10.00 fee. What a rip off!”

“Was turned over to collections for their mistake. Returned 2 items was told could not exchange for a smaller size because I used PPal. Had to be a refund. I go postal notification and WW notification items were received. Still no refund. Called and emailed to no avail. After this went on for weeks I contacted PP. They contacted the company and in less than a week I was refunded by PPal. WEEKS later a refund from WW. NOTmy fault. They have never contacted my by mail to ask anything just turned me over to collections for their underhanded practices. DO NOT LOOSE YOUR MONEY ORDERING FROM THIS COPANY.”

“I purchased 2 pairs of boots from their website. Both pairs were $43.99, quite expensive for a man made material, but beggers can't be choosers when it comes to a WW size 12 foot. They also offered a 40% off your highest item. One pair worked great, the other quite small. I was expecting to be able to return the bad pair for $43.99 but they are only letting me return them for $26.39 and not letting me use the 40% on the pair I am keeping. Their CS reps are rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was refused. I will not give the compamy my business any longer. There are more companies stepping up the plus size market that I no longer need to give my business to an inconsiderate, hayeful business! They will be their own demise!”
“Return policy is incredibly complicated. You need to call them and request a "return number" which is 19 digits long, and then ask for a PIN number which is 4 digits long. This is to enable you to redeem an "e-card" credit. From 4 separate returns I was only able to redeem one. They told me that I had used up the other three. NOT SO. I am out about $140. Also their shipping charges are outrageous. I am DONE with them.”
“Woman Within practices "bait and switch" techniques by mailing "sale" catalogs nearly every week. If you try to order something from the catalog--SURPRISE! It has suddenly changed price--higher, of course. Much of their advertising is made up of LIES. Their imported clothing may look okay in online or catalog photos, but if you buy a garment, you will see that fabric and construction are mediocre at best and horrible at worst. You cannot send anything back without being charged a highway robbery fee for the shipping. NOT WORTH IT!”

She paid her bill in full, last month (via phone)
They sent her a bill for $2 & change. She was not happy. She called, they told her that interest had Accrued after the phone payment. Weird?
She refused to pay it. They sent her a notice of collections. Threatening to send this to all of the credit bureaus.
That is just so petty! It cost them more in time and effort/postage to send this notice.
I hope they realize that she has nothing better to do than tell all of her friends.

“Refund not received for a return of $22 for two dresses returning within timeframe. Return slip in with package and confirmed return instructions & address with company. Called to see where my refund is gave them the tracking number. Keep in mind it was return within 60 days. They said it is now after the 90 day time frame and they cannot help me. I returned within the timeframe and to the address instructed by them and in writing on the slip in package.”
“I ordered a robe. They sent pants 5 months later. When I called, they said they would not charge the $10 return fee. I specifically asked about the return fee and was assured I would not be charged since they sent the wrong item. So I returned the pants. They refunded the cost minus $10. Never ordering from them again.”
“I purchased a pair of shoes on July 7 and when I received the shoes they were too small. I went to the return policy and decided to use Happy returns via their policy. I spoke to someone on the phone to verify what the process will be and told the 1st person that I wanted a larger size. They said okay and took me through the process where all I had to do was take it to a location and it would cost $10.99 extra to return. I was happy to pay it since I really wanted to the shoes. On the day I returned the shoes I called again to verify the location and to verify that I wanted a larger size. They received the shoes around the 20th of July and I waited for my shoes. It is now August and I called to be told that instead of shoes I received a refund back to my PayPal and the 10.99 was deducted from the refund but I never wanted a refund. I was refunded around $36 when I paid a total of $71.13 for the shoes. $71.13 includes the shoes (43.60) shipping 12.99, taxes (4.54) and additional shipping for return (10.99). That is not fair.”

“I placed an order on Tuesday and paid for 2 business day SUPERFAST shipping. When choosing this option, it says if I order by 3:00 p.m. I will have it in two business days. I paid $40.00 freaking dollars for it to be here in time for the weekend. Two days later, it still being processed and I'm told the 2 day delivery is from the time it is shipped, and it is only delivered on business days. This is what their shipping says when choosing the SUPERFAST OPTION:

When "chatting" with WW, I was told the 2 days is from the date of shipping. NO WHERE when choosing the SUPERFAST option does it say this. It fraudulently gives you the impression you'll receive your order in two business days. With today being Thursday, it is most likely I will not see the delivery until next Monday or Tuesday which defeats the purpose of the SUPERFAST shipping. Their shipping is a scam, ridiculously overpriced and I will be cancelling my account and never ordering from them again.”

Every time I call with an issue, even for an issue they caused by mailing the wrong item, it is 45 minutes on the phone and they never resolve the issue! “Had an order with 3 items. It was broken into two shipments as the one item was shipped from a different location. Two of the items arrived but 1 got shipped to TX and was marked as delivered... I live in NY. I emailed the company and they told me to check with my neighbors for the package. So i called for help. Customer service told me to call fedex and ask them to change the address. Fedex wouldn't even talk to me as only the shipper can make that change. Called back and the guy was no help so i karen'd it and asked for the next level manager. He finally told me that I have to wait 20 days for it not to be delivered before i can get a refund. I have never had anything like this with other companies i order online from. It was horrible and so was the customer service. They tried multiple times to say i had put in the wrong address. I was lucky that i had multiple items in my shipment that did make it to me to prove i had the correct address at time of order. I will never order from them again.”
“I placed the first order in May or June of 2021 expecting delivery in 7 to 10 days which is basically industry norm. After waiting 10 days I called customer service to cancel the order. They told me it would take 5 weeks for the merchandise to get to me and that the order had already been sent to the warehouse so that it could not be canceled. I actually liked the items when they arrived so I placed a second order and was supposedly given a large discount to open a Woman Within credit card. They promised discounts for doing this and I was sent a coupon for a 30% discount off of my first order. Never happened - I tried many times on line to imput the discount code and it never worked. I placed one more order and again the discount code did not work. I called customer service and they said the code did not work because one of the items was on backorder and did not count toward the total amount. Yet this item was listed as charged on my invoice and arrived in the package with the other items I had ordered.
I am not usually one to send items back but the pants were of such poor quality I sent back three pairs. I had paid my credit card off each month till this happened and I paid everything due but the refund for these three pairs of pants. I was charged late fees and interest. I told them to close the account in September, 2021 and the billings continued despite numerous correspondence with both Woman Within and Commenty Bank. In March, 2022, the account which had grown to almost $300 with the bogus charges was settled for $35. Upon the settlement, I received another interest bill from Woman Within. I promptly called Commenty Bank and chewed them out. The interest was removed. They have damaged my credit and I will never order or do any other kind of business with them again. Merchandise is substandard, shipping is unbelievable, and returning merchandise is a nightmare where you get very little back of what you paid for it. I do not recommend this company.”
