“I wasn't that impressed with the items. I felt the sizing was wrong and they were uncomfortable. Very disappointed that to return them you have to pay $11 fee. That's ridiculous when shopping online and it's not advertised anywhere. Don't waste your time. Shop somewhere else. You can do better. Poorly made overpriced and extremely disappointing return process. We'll see if I even get my money back fingers crossed”

The bra pulled up in the back and was uncomfortable. Additionally, as soon as I stood up the cups crinkled and didn't give a smooth look.”
“Their website gave the date to order and received by Christmas. They did not ship it that day, so it did not arrive by Christmas. They refused to refund the shipping even though it was their fault. I will never order from them again so I hope they’re $17 is worth the loss of business.
Their customer service is not in the United States so I would not deal with them again”

“I received what I ordered on a timely fashion. The quality was as expected. But I used a coupon that said buy $100. Get $50 off. I ordered on the phone. The lady I spoke to was polite and took down the $50 off code. My total with shipping and handling was $76. I just called and they said the $50 code wasn't put in with the order. Case closed! My balance is $153.
I asked the rep to take my name off mailing list. I told her I would pay it but I'm not buying from them again.

“The have purchased the same sneaker for at least three years. The first year the quality was great. The sneakers lasted the entire year with daily wear.
Last year I purchase at least two pair and ended up wearing both pairs out over the course of the year. Obviously the quality changed but order two more pair so I would have go to sneakers.
This year I put on a new pair in April. By June they were worn out and the sneaker itself provides less support than years prior and my foot turn inward creating aches and pains. I put on the other pair I had purchased at the end of June and found this pair to be a problem as well. The rubber along the sides became unglued after two weeks plus this pair makes my feet extremely hot and the insoles lack support that was there prior. It is VERY evident that the quality has been compromised. With the quality as it is I question the pricing of the sneaker. In my opinion it is a very expensive sneaker for what you are getting. Wish it was manufactured like it was a few years ago. Disappointed.”
“I spent 65& on one shirt and pair of pants. The pants went 12” past my toes. I sent them both back. My refund was only 25$!!! The dim witted rep couldn’t explain why but said there was a 10.99 return fee. So where’s the rest of the 55&??? They’re rapists”

“I have bought jeans and thermal tops for many years from Woman Within. I have always been pleased UNTIL NOW. The quality of these items has plummeted. The jeans were made of thin material, and the thermal shirts were about 1/3 the weight of their former product. I was shocked! This was my go-to company for years!”
“Woman Within practices "bait and switch" techniques by mailing "sale" catalogs nearly every week. If you try to order something from the catalog--SURPRISE! It has suddenly changed price--higher, of course. Much of their advertising is made up of LIES. Their imported clothing may look okay in online or catalog photos, but if you buy a garment, you will see that fabric and construction are mediocre at best and horrible at worst. You cannot send anything back without being charged a highway robbery fee for the shipping. NOT WORTH IT!”
“Woman Within plays a game with shipments. The company creates a FedEx label and sends an email that the package has left the building. It doesn't mean that the package has been shipped because FedEx hasn't received it yet. It's deceitful. If it's going to take two to three weeks to receive an order, own it. There's nothing worse than a retailer that blatantly lies to its customers.”
