“I built up points on my account from purchases and because I used them towards my purchase I didn't qualify for free shipping, which I would have got had I not redeemed my points. This is very wrong in my opinion. I have been speaking to advisors on what's app about this also. I am a silver member I spend quite alot on womens best items, but I won't be quick to return after this. I found this quite sneaky... I have just placed an order and used up the voucher amount i redeemed but I won't be quick to purchase again as I was entitled to free shipping”
