Hello, what I don't like about this page is that I cannot use two discount codes, and I just lost my points for being a member, since I have converted them to points and I cannot use them

THE DELIVERY IS VERY EXPENSIVE. DHL SERVICE IS NOT GOOD. I HAD TO PHONE DHL PARCEL MANY TIMES BECAUSE THE INFORMATION PROVIDED AT THE WEB PAGE WAS NOT SUITABLE AND HAD TO PAY FOR THE CALL.

First time ordering from WB probably the last. My order did arrive in the expected time frame. I was missing 2 items that were under $5 each (protein cookies.) Their online invoice reads that they were shipped and my bank account shows I was charged for them. However, the invoice inside the box shows the items were not included thus making it seem I was not charged when I clearly was. I know it's less than $10 but, I was never notified the items were maybe sold out? Much less refunded, they still went ahead and took the money for nothing. Now I'm here waiting for the bot to get back to me, hopefully they give me a refund...

Although the clothing is nice they have the worst customer service. You have to send a "snap chat" to which it always takes 24 hours for them to respond. I just found out that I can't cancel an order I just placed even though it won't ship for at least another week (past experience). They offer you points for money off but then don't allow you to use them. Extremely slow shipping to Canada and expect to pay Customs fees also.

The leggings are see through, I got charcoal purple and khaki. Sports bra straps are so flimsy the strap threads popped while trying on. Customer services takes days to weeks to respond. Returns cost more than inital shipping...I’m exhausted trying to get in contact with these people. Losing $20 in shipping just for clothes I can’t wear...it’s annoying-no exchanges allowed.

I ordered protein off Women's Best website for the first time on April 8th, 2020. It is now May 6th, 2020 and I still have not received my package. This has been a real disappointment considering I've been ordering other products online during the COVID pandemic and received them in a timely manner. Contacting anyone about it also was hard at first because they require you to have imessage or WhatsApp. I don't have an iphone so I couldn't use imessages so I had to download an app just to reach out to them. I asked for a refund because of how long I've been waiting for my product and they won't even refund me unless I decline it upon delivery. I'll give "Women's Best" 2 stars just because I haven't tried the protein yet, but if I were just to rate them for customer service it would be a 0
