“I’ m disapointed discovering that prices of some products where intentionally increased just day before the campaign. I’ m buying for certain amount of money not discount % . I made screen shots of my basket with chosen items about few before campaign was launched and discovered that some products got even higher price in this campaign. I wouldn’t buy if not the deal of the day because it could be simply cheeper to buy some other day . Now I have learned a lesson to check prices double . It’s a shame.”

I am still awaiting a refund from items returned in February and March this year. no phone contact options, no email contact options, only messenger and no natter how clearly I explain to them they still have not given me my full refund, only partial refund. no right to do this especially when they sent me a prepaid return slip. Women's Best you need to WAKE UP and provide a proper and reliable and easily contactable customer service, there's no excuse for the abysmal manner in which you deal with customer queries.”
