Your picture presents a serious problem. Laying under an object on a jack with no supports is againt ALL safety considerations. I realize it is only a picture, but... Ron Hoenes

The wood was only 3/8 inch thick and that is not usable in my project. I will return the items to you and request a refund.

The table sags in the middle. The MDF portion is flat, but the “precision” insert sags about 1/32”. I drove myself crazy and wasted a ton of wood, trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. I figured it had to be me and not the table top. It’s precision after all. Sadly, I figured it out after the return window closed. The attached pictures show the effect on a 10” piece of wood.

A syndicate of scammers. I promised to tell people about my experience getting my money back from this dishonest company. I thought I would never fall for the manipulation of such con artists, but I did. After weeks of living a miserable life, I called lilo grace 75 @ 𝘨𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘭 . 𝘤𝘰𝘮 𝘞hatsApp: +1__(615)__414__(15)__62 to get my money back from the scammer because I had no means to withdraw the roughly 99,620 USDT I had put to their fake trading account in my name. They assisted me in recovering my stolen valuables, just as in a dream. I assume that someone would find this information useful because the scammers will stop at nothing to irritate you.

The plate was not flat - off by about 0.1 inches from ends to center. Could not use for intended purpose and returned to woodcraft.

I recently purchased a 1 quart bottle of Unibond One veener adhesive and I have had very poor results with this product compared to another name brand also purchased at Woodcraft. I will allow that this may have been a bad bottle but I would think not. I also would allow that it had exceeded shelf life. Again I think not. I was veneering over 1/2" MDF with .030 thick veener. Both sides on two panels continually delaminated and required repair. It was applied with a roller with a sufficeint coating and weighted under very heavy objects over night. The temperature was 65F. I made sure the bottle was turned upside down to allow heavier solution to mix. The bottle was shaken before use. Nothing helped. The other major brand that I used never gave me a bit of trouble even after one year plus of shelf storage.

Oh my goodness, it seems unbelievable but I just got my deposit back with the help of Rose hoover, she is very reliable. At first I thought it was not possible and that it was a scam, but to my world I got my money back in less than 72 hours. Let me just say, I love General Finishes Oil based stain. But the water based stain is crap. I have been doing wood working for 35 years. 17 of the those were spent a s finish/licensed carpenter. I have stained more doors, trim work and custom installs than I can count. Recently I began a buffet for our dining room. The colors my wife picked out ( I only showed her General Finishes color chart) came only in water based. Now I have to admit, I have very little experience with water based stain. But I thought if I am going to do it General Finishes is the way to go. So far I have applied and sanded off the water based stain three times. This stuff dries so quick, you can barely get it wiped off in time before it dries. I live in Michigan so dry climate is not a a factor. I ended up with rag marks, overlap marks , you name it it showed up. This if after I watched the General Finishes “7 common problems with water based stains.” I know you buy purchase a drying retarder from General Finishes, but honestly this should have been added to the mix to begin with. It’s not like there stuff is inexpensive. Also I find that the water based stain really muddies the wood grain, which is my favorite thing about General Finishes Oil based stain is how clear it looks. To some it up, I will never use the stuff again. Save yourself some heart ache and use there oil based stain you will save time and money.

Customer service is nonexistent for this $2,400 piece of equipment I purchased. It’s frustrating because I can’t even see if the other reviews are even accurate because the accessories kit didn’t arrive with the main unit. It is LITERALLY a two and a half thousand dollar PAPERWEIGHT. SCREW YOU WOODCRAFT.

The wood that I got was garbage. There was a crack with a void running the whole length of the board into a third of the board making it useless to me as I need the entire board, not 2/3 of it! I can’t believe you would have the nerve to send your customers such garbage!

Purchased 2 1/2”x 3”x 24” primavera dimensioned boards and 1 is warped and twisted so badly it’s unusable. The other is not as bad but sub par indeed. The store near my home closed so I was hoping I could still buy wood online but this is not acceptable. Tried to upload photos and a vid but kept getting errors.

I've been using the ISOTunes earbuds for several months now. The sound quality is fine, but there is a feature that causes the headphones to start playing when they are pulled apart. I frequently go to put my headphones in only to find that they have been playing for 20 minutes! I basically have to turn them off every time I take them out. I got my pair on sale for $25 and am willing to put up with it at that price. I would not pay full price.

The screw “nuts” appear to be stripped. They are not. There is so much slop in the cast ( not machined) pocket that they set in that you have to put wooden wedges behind them to use them. I returned mine. DO NOT PURCHASE.

When assembling the saw I found that the table was warped and the extension wings were perfectly straight so that they would not match up along the mating surfaces. If I lined them up with straight edge front and back the middle was miss-matched 0.004 inches on left side and 0.006 inches on right side, both enough to catch a board or work piece sliding across the table. When I called tech support I was told that the tolerance for the table was 0.010 and that mine was within tolerance, and that I should line up the center and use clamps etc. to pull the front and back into alignment. Not possible as any attempt to do so would just pull the center out of position. I was able to Draw-file and block-sand the mating edges of the wings to match up so that work will not catch on edges and it will now work okay but not what I had in mind when I bought my expensive new saw! Also I found it next to impossible to start and tighten the mounting screws for the switch box using the 4 MM hex key so I removed the angle from the hex key and used a 4 mm socket on the shank of the key which worked perfectly. Purchased these inserts to make bottle stoppers. These are supposed to fit perfectly into a 1/2” hole, well I used Woodcraft 1.2” bradpoint bit and used my drill press to drill these holes. In reality these inserts are slightly smaller and don’t fit well, even with the epoxy don’t think these will work…time will tell.

Woodcraft does not stand behind their sale of Rikon Tool products. Neither company will honor warranty of Rikon 80-808 grinder. Will never buy power tools or machines from Woodcraft.

The concept is great, but both couplings are 2 1/2. That means that you have to buy another coupling to fit the device. Woodcraft sell the adapter (flex cuff) for $8.99, why was it not engineered right to begin with. I would not recommend this product.
